Job Title: Manager – Joinery

Location: UAE

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in joinery management or related field

Availability: Immediate joiner preferred

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Joinery Manager to oversee all joinery operations, from workshop management to on-site coordination. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality production, efficient resource management, and timely project delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all joinery workshop and site activities.
  • Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules to meet project timelines.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and design teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Review and approve shop drawings, material selections, and samples.
  • Ensure all joinery works are carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Lead and train a team of joiners, carpenters, and technicians to achieve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order materials, and control wastage.
  • Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations within the workshop and at project sites.
  • Resolve technical issues and ensure smooth workflow throughout all stages of production and installation.
  • Report progress, productivity, and quality updates to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in joinery or woodworking management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of joinery production, fabrication methods, and materials (wood, veneers, laminates, etc.).
  • Proven experience managing joinery workshops or fit-out projects.
  • Ability to read and interpret joinery/shop drawings.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design tools is an advantage.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
  • Preferring candidates from India

Education:

  • Diploma or Degree in Carpentry, Wood Technology, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
