Job Title: Parotta Maker

Location: Sharjah, Al Madam, UAE

Salary: AED 2,000 – 2,500 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Duty Hours: 11 hours daily

Weekly Off: 1 day per week

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Parotta Maker to join our café/restaurant team in Sharjah, Al Madam. The ideal candidate will prepare and serve a variety of parottas while maintaining quality, hygiene, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook different types of parottas and flatbreads according to traditional recipes.
• Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
• Greet and serve customers politely and promptly.
• Keep the preparation area, utensils, and equipment clean and hygienic.
• Ensure ingredients (flour, oil, spices, etc.) are available and properly stored.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Report low stock and equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Assist the team in other café/restaurant tasks when needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Parotta Maker in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of traditional parotta preparation techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to hygiene and cleanliness.
