Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Sales Operations Coordinator. The role involves supporting the sales team with operational tasks, managing customer interactions, preparing and analyzing sales reports, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments. The Sales Operations Coordinator will assist in optimizing sales processes, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor daily production activities to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Coordinate between production and sales teams to align output with customer requirements.
  • Track production schedules, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
  • Support sales 
    operations
     by preparing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring timely fulfillment.
  • Assist in costing activities, including preparing cost sheets, analyzing material and labor costs, and supporting pricing decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of production, sales, and costing data for reporting and analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
  • Provide operational support to management in planning and execution of business strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, 
    Operations
     Management, Finance, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in 
    operations
    , preferably in 
    manufacturing, production, or sales
    operations
    with exposure to costing
    .

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
