UBL UAE is looking to hire RM/SRM for its Corporate Banking function in UAE. The incumbent will be primarily responsible for building a NTB portfolio of corporate clients across Fujairah and RAK covering all key industries. The role requires maintaining a high level of customer service and collaborating with various internal departments to meet clients' needs. The individual will also be required to develop strong client relationships, analyze financial statements, independently prepare credit proposals, negotiate loan terms, and ensure compliance with banking regulations.

Corporate banking experience of at least 6-10 years covering clients in RAK and Fujairah is mandatory.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience of booking customers and in-depth knowledge of clientele in RAK and Fujairah is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of corporate banking products and services in GCC region.
  • Proven experience in relationship management with corporate clients.
  • Excellent financial analysis and credit assessment skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in banking.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
