Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary
Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
to lead and elevate our HR function across the region.

This role is central to driving
talent acquisition, people growth, culture development, and organizational excellence
, ensuring entourage continues to attract, develop, and retain the best creative and operational talent in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's vision, culture, and growth objectives across all regional offices.
  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Lead recruitment efforts for top-tier creative, strategic, and operational roles. Build strong pipelines and hiring processes to attract world-class talent from the agency and events industries.
  • Culture & Engagement:
  • Foster a dynamic, collaborative, and inspiring workplace that promotes creativity, accountability, and belonging. Lead initiatives that enhance employee morale, motivation, and long-term retention.
  • Performance Management:
  • Design and implement evaluation systems, KPIs, and development plans that promote continuous improvement and recognize exceptional performance.
  • Learning & Development:
  • Create and oversee training programs and leadership development frameworks that support career progression and upskilling.
  • Policies & Compliance:
  • Develop and maintain progressive HR policies and procedures in line with UAE labor laws and regional best practices.
  • Organizational Design:
  • Drive structure optimization, workforce planning, and succession strategies that enable scalability and operational excellence.
  • Leadership Partnership:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team, contributing to executive decisions and organizational transformation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum
    10 years of progressive HR leadership experience
    , with at least
    5 years in a senior management or CHRO role
    within a
    creative, advertising, or events agency environment
    .
  • Proven expertise in
    recruitment, culture building, organizational development, and policy design
    .
  • Strong understanding of the
    creative industry's dynamics
    and the people who power it.
  • Exceptional
    leadership, communication, and interpersonal
    skills with a hands-on, empathetic approach.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    .
  • British/ French nationality preferred
    to bring a global HR perspective and leadership style suited to an international creative agency environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a
    fast-paced, multicultural organization
    and lead teams across multiple markets.
