Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Planning Engineer, based in Sharjah with flexibility for partial remote work. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing detailed planning and production schedules, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The position also involves conducting data analysis, developing reports, and coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Planning and Production Planning to create and manage effective schedules and timelines
  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating project data, solving problems, and optimizing processes
  • Proficiency in Project Control to ensure tasks are executed as planned and within budget
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with a variety of stakeholders and team members
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment while maintaining high levels of productivity
  • Proficiency in project management software tools is a plus
