Job description:

As Leasing Manager, you will lead and manage all leasing activities for Elite Property DXB. Your mission will be to maximize occupancy and revenue across our portfolio, build strong relationships with tenants and landlords, and ensure smooth, efficient leasing operations from inquiry through to move-in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute leasing strategies to hit occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Lead and coach a leasing team or consultants; support them to achieve their targets.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor leasing activity, rental rates.
  • Ensure leasing documentation is accurate, compliant with RERA/local regulations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, operations, legal, finance, and admin teams.
  • Prepare leasing reports, forecasts, and dashboards for senior management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2 (or more) years or experience in real estate leasing in Dubai/UAE.
  • Deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, RERA regulations, rental trends.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership skills; able to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable with numbers, reporting, forecasting.
  • Highly organized, able to handle multiple properties / tasks simultaneously.
  • Tech-savvy; experience with CRM / property management software.
