Overview:

Khales Group is seeking a skilled and results-driven Freelance Marketing & Business Development Specialist to support business growth and strengthen the company's market presence. The ideal candidate will lead marketing strategies, generate qualified leads, and contribute to brand development across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing plans to support business objectives.
  • Create content for digital channels, including social media, website, and email campaigns.
  • Manage brand positioning, awareness-building initiatives, and communication strategies.

Digital Marketing:

  • Manage SEO efforts to improve website ranking and organic visibility.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize digital campaigns for improved performance.

Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities and support lead-generation activities.
  • Manage CRM systems and track sales pipelines.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare periodic performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Analyze marketing metrics to guide future actions and improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in
    Marketing and Business Development
    (preferably in the UAE market).
  • Strong understanding of
    SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
    .
  • Experience with
    social media management

  • Knowledge of
