Company Description

TASHEEL Service provides comprehensive online services that cover the full range of MOL application processes and more. As a TASHEEL Agent, the services include registering new users and providing them with User IDs and Passwords, training clients on using the Tas'heel online system, and ensuring transactions are error-free. Additionally, TASHEEL Agents provide technical support and assistance, manage physical applications, sort and archive documents using the metro-filing system, and prepare the archives for pickup by the Ministry of Labour.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fujairah Emirate, United Arab Emirates for a استشاري اسعاد متعاملين. The role includes daily tasks such as providing excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries and complaints, facilitating the registration and training of new users on the Tas'heel system, ensuring high accuracy in transactions, offering technical support, and assisting in the management and archiving of physical documents. The استشاري اسعاد متعاملين will also coordinate with the Ministry of Labour for archive management.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience in training clients and providing technical support
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
• Document management and archiving skills
• Fluency in Arabic; proficiency in English is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Fujairah Emirate, United Arab Emirates
• Knowledge of the Tas'heel online system or similar platforms is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role in the government services or administrative sector is advantageous
