Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Enterprise & Solution Architect located in Dubai. The role involves designing and implementing enterprise and solution architectures, enhancing business processes, and guiding strategic IT initiatives. Responsibilities include consulting with stakeholders, developing sustainable architecture strategies, and driving the successful deployment of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and enterprise software solutions. The ideal candidate will ensure alignment with organizational goals, technical feasibility, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Business Process optimization and analysis
  • Expertise in Solution Architecture and Enterprise Architecture, with a focus on designing and executing scalable solutions
  • Experience with Enterprise Software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Relevant certifications such as TOGAF or similar are a plus
  • Hands-on experience with HRIT systems is highly beneficial
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
  • Previous experience working in a consulting or enterprise environment is preferred
