Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Musaffah for a Quantity Surveyor. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing and managing bills of quantities (BOQ), monitoring and controlling project costs, planning budgets, and conducting accurate cost reporting. The role requires close collaboration with project teams to ensure that projects are executed within financial and operational guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Cost Control, including budget management and cost-saving strategies
  • Experience in preparing and handling Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and ensuring accuracy
  • Strong skills in Cost Management and Cost Planning to ensure project financial efficiency
  • Ability to create, analyze, and present Cost Reports for stakeholder review
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with design and construction teams
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field
  • Professional certifications (e.g., RICS) or related qualifications are an advantage
