What you'll be doing  

As a Senior Buyer, you will be at the forefront of shaping the commercial and creative direction of a curated portfolio of lifestyle high-street fashion brands. With an expert eye and deep commercial acumen, you'll lead the development and execution of a buying strategy that elevates our in-store and online offering across multiple GCC markets.

You will manage a dynamic product lifecycle from market selection to post-launch performance—sourcing exclusive capsules, optimising OTB, and driving full-price sell-through across both retail boutiques and e-commerce platforms.

• Manage a complex portfolio of brands and demonstrate creative drive and talent in planning, selecting and buying product.

• Utilize knowledge and expertise to bring in innovative new merchandise, new concepts and potentially exclusive product to attract new customers and grow sales.

• Influence and challenge OTB creation, managing how to spend OTB.

•    Analyze and interpret sales figures to make good business decisions.

•        Take responsibility for gross margin, stock turn and sell thru.

•        Actively participate in buys, product selection, and quantifying orders. Manage the sale markdown strategy and stock liquidation.

•        Present the buys to management and store team.

•        Work closely with marketing, VM, and store teams, supply chain and e-commerce.

•        Demonstrate awareness of trends, global market trends and competitors.

• Own supplier relationship and communication.

• Actively negotiate with suppliers on stock swaps, RTVs, markdown contribution.

What you'll need to succeed  

• Mandatory volume buying experience.

• Sensitivity to all product categories.

• Availability and eligible to travel to the US, UK, and across the GCC frequently.

• Ability to work proactively with minimal support.

• Should have had experience owning/managing the OTB.

• At least 5 years of experience within the fashion buying industry.

• Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.

• Commercially confident, analytically strong, and brand-savvy.
