Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Boat Carpenter with strong knowledge of boat bonding and fiberglass work to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in boat interior and structural carpentry, repair, and bonding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform boat carpentry work including interiors, decks, and structural components
Carry out bonding, lamination, and fiberglass repairs
Read and interpret technical drawings and repair specifications
Repair and replace wood, plywood, and composite materials
Ensure high-quality workmanship and safety standards
Work independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Boat Carpenter
Strong knowledge of boat bonding, fiberglass, and marine adhesives
Experience with marine-grade materials and tools
Ability to work accurately and efficiently
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Marine industry experience is mandatory
