Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, well-presented, and organized Receptionist/Admin Assistant to be the first point of contact for our company while also supporting administrative tasks and helping enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure smooth office operations, and contribute creatively to social media activities.

Key Responsibilities

Reception Duties:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and ensure it reflects a professional image
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
  • Guide visitors, schedule appointments, and assist with meeting room arrangements.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, document preparation, and data entry.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and office communications
  • Manage office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
  • Support HR, finance, and other departments with admin-related tasks
  • Maintain records, logs, and basic documentation as required.

Social Media & Marketing Tasks:

  • Create, schedule, and publish content for social media platforms
  • Coordinate with design and marketing teams for visuals and product content
  • Capture simple photos/videos for social media when needed (products, office activities)
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments or messages professionally
  • Track basic analytics and prepare performance summaries
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and company guidelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience as a Receptionist/Admin Assistant
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any field
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic social media tools
  • Creativity with a good understanding of social media trends
  • Basic photography or design skills (Canva/Photoshop) are an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-service oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
