Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit Directors of Admissions & Marketing (DAM) to join our expanding network of schools across the UAE.

We are looking for dynamic, strategic, and creative leaders to drive student enrolment, strengthen school reputation, and ensure every family experiences exceptional service at every stage of their journey - from first enquiry to enrolment and beyond.

The Role

We seek individuals to join as a Directors of Admissions & Marketing where your focus will be:

• Leading the school's Marketing, Admissions, and Communications (MAC) strategy to drive new enrolments and ensure strong re-enrolment rates.
• Delivering an outstanding Family Experience Journey, ensuring families receive first-class service at every touchpoint.
• Developing and executing the school's brand, marketing, communications, and digital strategy to position the school competitively in the market.
• Using data and insights to analyse performance, forecast pipeline activity, and guide continuous improvement.
• Managing the MAC budget to deliver maximum impact and efficiency.
• Overseeing Salesforce (CRM) data integrity, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective pipeline management.
• Coaching and developing a high-performing MAC team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and excellence.
• Building strong relationships with regional and central MAC teams, as well as external partners such as relocation agents, feeder schools, embassies, and corporate networks.

The Successful Candidates Will Possess:

• Degree qualification in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (essential)
• Minimum seven years' experience in marketing, brand building, or enrolment management roles within a service-driven environment
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve commercial objectives
• Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce), analytics, and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• A strategic mindset with a focus on innovation, collaboration, and growth
• Experience within education or the premium service sector (advantageous)
