Job Summary

The Technical Accommodation Supervisor is responsible for managing and coordinating all Technical Accommodation activities, including unit assessments, turnaround operations, material requests, contractor performance, and compliance with TQA standards. The role ensures timely delivery of ready units, accurate documentation, and accountability for operational materials and assets.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management

  • Oversee unit inspections, refurbishments, handovers, and closures.
  • Ensure all units pass TQA assessments and snags are resolved before release.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and contractors to meet turnaround timelines.

2. Quality & Compliance

  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
  • Ensure accurate reporting with photo evidence using approved digital tools.
  • Enforce compliance with operational manuals, HSE guidelines, and audit protocols.

3. Material & Inventory Control

  • Manage Material Request Entries (MRE) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
  • Track procurement progress and verify delivered items for quality and quantity.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage and issuance of materials.

4. Contractor & Vendor Management

  • Ensure contractors adhere to TA guidelines and service level agreements.
  • Validate work completion before sign-off or payment recommendation.
  • Escalate recurring issues or delays to management promptly.

5. Team Leadership & Communication

  • Lead and coach TA assistants and inspectors for efficient task execution.
  • Conduct daily briefings and performance feedback sessions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and escalate operational challenges.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's in Facilities Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in accommodation operations or facilities supervision.
  • Strong understanding of accommodation operations and technical standards.
  • Hands-on experience with inventory systems, procurement workflows, MRE/GRN processes, and contractor management.
  • Ability to manage contractors and enforce quality standards.
  • Skilled in digital reporting and inspection tools.
