Job Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Signavio Specialist with strong expertise in Process Mining and data pipeline management across SAP ECC and S/4HANA. This role will be central to Albatha Holding's digital transformation journey, driving process transparency, optimization, and alignment with enterprise architecture frameworks.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage data pipelines/connectors between ECC, S/4HANA, and Signavio.
  • Develop process mining use cases (O2C, P2P, R2R, H2R, etc.) and deliver actionable insights.
  • Support the S/4HANA transformation journey by enabling process mapping, documentation, and optimization.
  • Build dashboards, KPIs, and conformance checks for monitoring business processes.
  • Promote automation, standardization, and digitalization across group companies.
  • Serve as custodian of the Business Process Master List (BPML) and maintain accurate process documentation.
  • Implement and administer SAP Signavio Process Intelligence (Process Mining) and transformation.
  • Collaborate with Lean IX and enterprise architecture teams to align process insights with Business and IT strategy.

Education Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in BPM, Process Mining, or Data Integration, including 2+ years hands-on SAP Signavio.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA data structures.
  • Hands-on experience with data connectors, ETL tools, and pipeline management (SAP Cloud Connector, SLT, Data Intelligence, CPI) preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL, process analytics, and data modeling.
  • Advantage: Knowledge of LeanIX, Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate), BPMN, and Lean Six Sigma.
  • SAP certification in Signavio or Process Mining preferred.
