Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Executive with relevant experience in 3D printing, fiberglass, manufacturing, or similar project-based industries. The candidate must understand our type of work and be able to bring new clients and opportunities
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients in related industries
- Promote our 3D printing, fiberglass, and sculptor services
- Prepare and send quotations for projects
- Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed orders
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure smooth order processing
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Experience in 3D printing, fiberglass, sculpting, industrial manufacturing, or similar technical sales is REQUIRED
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- UAE experience preferred
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
- Ability to understand technical project details and explain them to clients
- Good knowledge of MS Office
Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calling, warm calling, and marketing campaigns
- Conduct telemarketing efforts to generate leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including negotiation and contract finalization
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs, emphasizing technical features and benefits
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and promotional materials
- Provide ongoing customer service support post-sale to foster long-term partnerships
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments in technology sales
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technical sales roles
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns and engage customers through telemarketing techniques
- Knowledge of marketing strategies related to sales development and lead generation
- Demonstrated ability to develop business relationships and expand client portfolios
- Experience in using CRM tools for customer management and reporting is preferred
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
