SURE Real Estate is on the lookout for a skilled Photographer/Videographer to enhance our vibrant team. This role involves producing high-quality visual content for both residential and commercial properties, significantly contributing to our marketing initiatives aimed at attracting prospective buyers and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Content Production:

  • Capture high-resolution images and videos, encompassing interior, exterior, and aerial perspectives.

  • Employ advanced camera technology and editing tools to create captivating visual narratives.

Creative Development:

  • Craft engaging promotional videos, virtual tours, and comprehensive property walkthroughs.

  • Innovate concepts that resonate with our branding and marketing objectives.

Post-Production:

  • Edit and refine visual content to ensure excellence in quality and uniformity.

  • Prepare final outputs for various platforms, including our website and social media channels.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on project goals and content requirements.

  • Coordinate with property managers and real estate agents to schedule filming sessions.

Equipment Management:

  • Oversee the upkeep and management of photography and videography equipment.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements to elevate content quality.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience as a photographer/videographer, ideally within the real estate sector.

  • Proficiency in professional camera systems and editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro).

  • A strong portfolio that highlights high-caliber real estate photography and videography.

  • Keen eye for detail, composition, and lighting.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects autonomously.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Photography, Videography, Film Production, or a related discipline (preferred).

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in real estate photography and videography.
