Are you a dynamic and strategic communicator passionate about shaping corporate reputation and driving impactful media presence? We are looking for an experienced PR Manager to lead and execute our group-wide communication strategy across diversified sectors — including investment, real estate development, and property management.

About the Role

The PR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive PR and communication strategy aligned with the Group's corporate vision and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive PR and communication strategy aligned with the Group's corporate vision and strategic objectives.
  • Manage all external communications, media relations, and press releases to ensure consistent brand messaging across all subsidiaries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, industry stakeholders, and key partners to enhance corporate reputation and visibility.
  • Plan and oversee corporate events, sponsorships, and press conferences to strengthen brand presence.
  • Support leadership with speeches, talking points, and media engagement materials.
  • Oversee crisis communication and reputation management with professionalism and discretion.
  • Collaborate with marketing, digital, and CSR teams to ensure alignment across all communication platforms.
  • Monitor media coverage, analyze trends, and prepare regular PR and brand performance reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of PR experience, preferably in a group or holding company environment within investment or real estate sectors.
  • Proven track record in managing media relations and delivering impactful PR campaigns at corporate level.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in crisis management, executive communication, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across diverse business units.

Required Skills
