About Your Team

Reporting directly to the
Planning Manager
, you will collaborate with construction, design, procurement, and project management teams. Your role will involve maintaining planning data, producing progress reports, identifying risks, and advising on schedule variances to ensure all stakeholders are aligned.

Your Role

As a Planning Engineer, you will:

  • Assist in Progress monitoring and updates.
  • Regular progress recording on site of actual progress.
  • Record & report actual progress against target programme.
  • Preparation of required reports for construction managers.
  • Interpret data and identify bottlenecks with construction manager.
  • Predict completion dates and prepare "Look-ahead" reports.
  • Subcontractor programmes.
  • Monitor subcontract work against programmes.
  • Report on subcontract progress to Senior Planners.
  • Working Programmes.
  • Prepare working programmes in consultation with site supervision.
  • Monitor & report on working programmes.
  • Revise working programmes where required by Senior Planners.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Saturday—standard for project-based roles in our industry.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

3+ years in project planning, ideally within construction or infrastructure environments.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience
    in building construction
  • Excellent abilities in
    Primavera
    and
    MS Project.
  • Excellent abilities in
    MS Office
    and
    CCS.
  • Excellent analytical and Problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

Civil Engineering or Building Degree
or equivalent.
