Role Overview

The
Business Development Manager
will be responsible for expanding the company's market presence by acquiring new partners, IBs, and direct clients while developing sustainable, long-term commercial relationships within the Forex industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs) and partners

  • Grow deposits, trading volume, and active client base

  • Maintain strong relationships through strategic account management

  • Participate in industry events, meetings, and negotiations

  • Work closely with internal teams to align growth strategies

Requirements:

Junior BDM:

  • 1-3 years hands-on experience in Forex, CFDs, or financial services

  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Results-driven mindset with long-term growth ambitions

Senior BDM:

  • 3- 5 years of proven success in Forex business development

  • Established IB network and strong market knowledge

  • Ability to lead complex negotiations and close high-value deals

Essential for All Candidates:

  • Fluency in English or Arabic (Arabic highly preferred)

  • Located in Dubai

  • Professional, disciplined, and commercially minded

  • Prior Forex industry experience is required
