Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sharjah for a Marketing Team Member. The individual will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, conducting market research to identify trends and customer needs, and coordinating marketing campaigns. Duties also include collaborating with sales teams to support lead generation, nurturing customer relationships through excellent service, and analyzing the performance of marketing activities to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members, clients, and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in market research and ability to analyze data to identify trends and customer needs
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies to reach organizational goals
  • Knowledge of sales processes and customer service to support lead generation and retention
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in marketing or a related field is highly advantageous
