We are looking for a
Senior Legal Counsel
for our Millennium hotels & resorts regional office, located in Dubai Healthcare City.

This newly created role is a key member of the legal team, responsible for providing high-level legal expertise and support across various functions. Your role will focus on managing complex legal matters, including high-stakes contracts, compliance, regulatory issues, and risk management.

The ideal candidate will have around 15 years relevant experience in the region, including in hospitality, and be an Arabic speaker. This is a self-starter role, suitable for someone who is both strategic as well as hands-on.

Key Job Responsibilities include:

  • Provide legal counsel to internal stakeholders, including executive management, on issues relating to compliance, risk mitigation, and regulatory matters.
  • Support the business in developing and implementing the company's legal strategy, aligning it with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including vendor agreements, partnership agreements, licensing, and service contracts.
  • Develop and maintain contract templates and standardize processes to enhance efficiency and consistency in legal documentation.
  • Oversee contract lifecycle management, ensuring timely renewals, amendments, and compliance with agreed terms.
  • Identify potential legal risks across the organization, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
