Rashid Al Jabri Group of Companies invites qualified candidates to apply for the position of IT Administrator to start immediately. The ideal candidate will have* expert knowledge of *computer software and hardware, experience in providing IT support. Candidates applying must have 4+ years of experience in a similar position.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

· Troubleshoot, Configure IT infrastructure issues related to 5-6 servers, cloud services, network devices and related systems.

· ERP support for Odoo.

· Ensure monthly, weekly and daily backup of business critical IT systems.

· CCTV installation, troubleshooting & configuration.

· IP Phones PBX and VoIP systems installation, troubleshooting & configuration.

· Door Access Controller installation, troubleshooting & configuration.

· Finger Print Machine installation, troubleshooting & configuration.

· Wireless solutions installation, troubleshooting & configuration.

· Printer , and scanner installation, troubleshooting & configuration.

· Adept with IT requisition, purchase and asset management.

· Setup IT offices including IT Rack , Patch panel , Termination ,Patching cables, UPS, and other peripherals.

· Coordinate with Internet Service Providers such as Etisalat for New connection , Internet issues and other related queries.

· Software installation for Ms Office, Autocad, Photoshop,OS ,Revit etc.

· Email monitoring and support using Gsuite, Outlook, and related softwares.

· Over all IT Support including repair and services for the whole company group.

Required Qualifications:

· Field service tasks such as repair, installation, and maintenance of IT related equipment and peripherals.

· At least 4 years experience in IT providing software and hardware support.

· Managing 5-6 servers and cloud services

· with valid UAE driving license and own car

· Willing to work in multiple locations occasionally

· Expert knowledge of computer software and hardware

· Perform troubleshooting, demonstrate equipment to clients, and show how to use it

· Bachelor's degree in IT or related engineering courses

Preferred Qualifications:

· Working knowledge in any of the mentioned ERP systems: Odoo

· Certified in ITIL and other IT service best practices exams

· Experience working with IT ticketing system and create monthly KPI/SLA reports

Soft Skills:

· -Effective communication with a team and clients

· -Proven problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking

· -Highly Organized and able to manage tasks efficiently

· -Attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
