What We're Looking For

• Holds full Certification as a Reformer Pilates Instructor from a globally recognised training institute such as STOTT, BASI, Polestar, or Balanced Body.
• A Proven Track Record of 1–2 years of experience teaching Reformer Pilates within a Luxury Hotel, Premium Wellness Centre, or Boutique Studio, delivering 'FIVE-Styled' wellness excellence.
• Additional certifications in Yoga, Personal Training, or other Wellness disciplines will be Advantageous.
• Comprehensive understanding of Anatomy, Posture Alignment, Injury Prevention, and Progressive Conditioning, ensuring every session is both Safe and Transformative.
• Maintains current First Aid and CPR Certification to guarantee Guest safety and peace of mind.
• Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (Additional languages are a Plus).
• A professional, Insta-Worthy Appearance, always adhering to FIVE's Grooming Standards and maintaining a polished, 'FIVE-Styled' demeanour.
• Remarkable Time Management and Multi-Tasking skills to deliver a 'FIVE-Star' Experience for our Guests, even under pressure.
• A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of the Operation is curated to perfection.
• A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a 'Can-Do' Spirit.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads engaging, safe, and technically precise Reformer Pilates Classes and Private Sessions for Guests and Residents, delivering transformative wellness experiences that reflect 'FIVE-Styled' excellence.
• Welcomes, guides, and inspires Guests of all abilities, from first-timers to advanced practitioners, ensuring every session is personalised, empowering, and results-driven.
• Creates unforgettable, high-energy sessions that blend Fitness, Fun, and Flair, embodying FIVE's Luxury Lifestyle ethos and delivering Forbes-Level service with a personal touch.
• Conducts thorough Health Screenings and ensures all Reformers, Props, and Equipment are immaculately maintained, upholding the highest standards of Hygiene, Safety, and Presentation.
• Integrates elements of Functional Fitness, Stretching, or Yoga when suitable to enhance each Guest's physical balance, flexibility, and overall well-being.
• Collaborates closely with the ReFIVE Spa and Fitness Teams to design inspiring Class Schedules, Signature Events, and Wellness Promotions that drive participation and elevate Guest satisfaction.
• Represents FIVE's Sustainable Indulgence philosophy, radiating professionalism, confidence, and charisma in every Guest interaction while promoting holistic well-being.
