About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, driven, and results-oriented
Sales Representative
to join our growing food trading company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the UAE food market, a proven sales track record, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively generate leads within the UAE market.
  • Promote and sell food products to existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations and provide detailed product information.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Coordinate closely with the sales coordinator and logistics team for smooth order processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service and after-sales support.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the food trading or FMCG industry within Dubai, UAE (mandatory).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
  • Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE.
  • Immediate availability to join is required.
