Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for an Admission Counselor specializing in study abroad destinations. The Admission Counselor will provide personalized guidance to students seeking admissions to universities worldwide, assisting with program selection, application procedures, and visa processes. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, communicating effectively with students and parents, maintaining records, supporting sales efforts, and meeting recruitment goals while fostering positive relationships with educational institutions and partners.

Qualifications

The candidate must have UAE experience working in an Education Consultancy.

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to build relationships with students and stakeholders
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly convey information and instructions
  • Customer service skills to provide assistance and resolve queries professionally
  • Experience in sales to support recruitment efforts and meet targets
  • Background or knowledge in education, particularly regarding university admissions and study abroad programs
  • Proven organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software tools
  • A bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field
  • Familiarity with study abroad regulations and visa processes is an advantage
