Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Customer Success, located in Dubai. The individual will oversee and enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and experience programs by strategizing and implementing improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include developing strong client relationships, managing key accounts, and leading customer success teams to achieve organizational goals. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services while continuously improving processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, and developing strategies to maintain and improve these metrics
  • Strong experience in Account Management with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability in Team Leadership and mentoring for achieving success in customer-related projects
  • Exceptional skills in understanding and enhancing Customer Experience and driving its importance across organizational functions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify customer pain points and proactively address them
  • Deep understanding of media services, technology solutions, and customer trends in relevant industries
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is a plus
