An emerging fintech and digital payments firm is seeking a high-performing
Enterprise Sales Executive
to drive institutional and B2B client acquisition across the financial ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will have a proven record in
enterprise payments or PSP sales
, with deep relationships within the
UAE's banking and fintech sectors
. You will identify and close high-value opportunities with
banks, FX companies, and large merchants
, leveraging the company's
crypto-fiat settlement and white-label payment solutions
to deliver scalable financial innovation.
Purpose:
Acquire and manage high-value institutional and B2B clients, including banks, PSPs, FX companies, and e-commerce platforms.
Core Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and close ample institutional and merchant opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive outreach and strategic networking.
- Engage C-level and key decision-makers to establish long-term, trusted partnerships.
- Present the company's API, crypto-fiat settlement, and white-label capabilities.
- Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements.
- Collaborate with compliance and onboarding teams for regulated client integration.
- Drive continuous growth in merchant volume and client retention.
Profile:
- 4–8 years in enterprise payments, fintech, or PSP sales.
- Strong existing network in the UAE's financial ecosystem (banks, gateways, fintechs).
- Confident in presenting SaaS and API-based payment solutions.
- Familiarity with financial structuring, FX, and crypto settlement flows.
