Hiring: Senior Strategy Lead (Brand, Communications & Social)

The Creative 9 is looking for a
Senior Strategy Lead
to work with us on a part-time or project-based basis.

This is a hands-on strategy role.
The focus is on doing the work, not managing a team. You will be directly responsible for developing brand, communications, and social media strategies, and working closely with the Founder and creative team to bring them to life.

Role Overview

You will lead the strategic thinking and execution
across selected accounts, from insight and research to frameworks, decks, and strategic narratives. You will be involved in client discussions and expected to own the strategic output end to end.

Responsibilities

  • Develop brand strategies, including positioning, messaging, and architecture
  • Build communications and campaign strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Create social media strategies grounded in insight and market understanding
  • Conduct research and translate insights into clear strategic directions
  • Prepare and present strategy decks and narratives to clients
  • Collaborate closely with creative and account teams to ensure strategic clarity

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience in a creative or advertising agency
  • Strong expertise in brand, communications, and social strategy
  • Proven experience across GCC markets
  • Arabic speaker (mandatory) Excellent English
  • Comfortable owning the work and presenting directly to clients
  • Available part-time or on a project basis
