Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Abu Dhabi for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction. They will create business strategies, provide exceptional customer service, analyze account performance, and offer insights to improve service delivery and drive growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Account Management and Key Accounts to effectively manage relationships with high-value clients
- Proficiency in Business Planning and Analytical Skills to identify opportunities and develop growth strategies
- Excellent Customer Service capabilities to address client needs and enhance satisfaction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet performance targets and achieve measurable results
- Experience in the travel industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
