1. Daily Operations Management

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff across assigned locations.
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks (dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing, waste disposal) are completed as per schedule.
  • Prepare daily/weekly cleaning rosters and allocate work accordingly.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met.

2. Staff Supervision & Training

  • Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.
  • Train new cleaners on cleaning techniques, chemicals, equipment usage, and safety practices.
  • Provide ongoing coaching to improve performance and maintain quality standards.
  • Report staff performance issues to the Soft Services Manager/HR.

3. Quality Control

  • Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Maintain checklists and inspection reports for all areas.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Implement quality improvement measures when required.

4. Inventory & Equipment Management

  • Maintain stock levels of cleaning materials, tools, and chemicals.
  • Ensure proper use, storage, and handling of chemicals as per MSDS guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the storekeeper for replenishment of supplies.
  • Ensure all cleaning machines (scrubbers, vacuums, sweepers) are in good working condition.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily activity reports and submit them to the Supervisor/FM Manager.
  • Record absenteeism, overtime, and staff deployment changes.
  • Maintain incident reports, equipment checklists, and inspection logs.

6. Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with clients, facility engineers, and other supervisors for smooth operations.
  • Attend site meetings and convey instructions to the cleaning team.
  • Communicate any site issues, maintenance needs, or safety hazards to the concerned department.

7. Health & Safety Compliance

  • Ensure staff follow PPE requirements and safety protocols.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings regularly.
  • Report accidents, hazards, or near-miss incidents immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
