Job Summary:

We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Administrator to manage daily office operations, support staff, and ensure smooth communication and documentation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and visitor coordination
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain files, reports, and records
  • Support management with scheduling, meetings, and documentation
  • Coordinate with HR, accounts, and operations teams
  • Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and basic reports.
  • Monitor office supplies and arrange procurement
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
  • Assist with staff documentation, onboarding, and licenses.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus in UAE)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • 3 years of administrative experience.
