Job Summary:
We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Administrator to manage daily office operations, support staff, and ensure smooth communication and documentation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations
- Handle emails, phone calls, and visitor coordination
- Prepare, organize, and maintain files, reports, and records
- Support management with scheduling, meetings, and documentation
- Coordinate with HR, accounts, and operations teams
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and basic reports.
- Monitor office supplies and arrange procurement
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
- Assist with staff documentation, onboarding, and licenses.
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus in UAE)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 3 years of administrative experience.
