Whizz HR is hiring for Document Controller

Job Purpose:

To manage and control the inflow and outflow of project-related documents and information, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company guidelines. The Documentation Controller supports various departments, especially the engineering team, by maintaining organized document systems for easy storage, retrieval, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

Document Management:

Receive, review, and distribute project documents to relevant personnel.

Ensure proper version control and maintain updated records of all documents.

Store and retrieve documents in accordance with company standards and project requirements.

Confidentiality & Compliance:

Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

Ensure all document handling complies with company policies and industry regulations.

Coordination & Communication:

Act as the point of contact for document-related queries between departments.

Share relevant project information promptly with authorized personnel.

System Maintenance:

Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.

Assist in implementing document control procedures and best practices.

Additional Support:

Assist with any other tasks relevant to the position as assigned by management.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office and document management software (e.g., Aconex, Procore).

Knowledge of ISO standards for document control is an advantage.

Soft Skills:

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
