Description:

My client is currently seeking 4–6 experienced Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM Trainers to support a major Oracle Cloud implementation in Dubai, UAE. This is an onsite contract role starting immediately, with strong potential for extension.

The trainers will be responsible for delivering high-quality end-user and super-user training across multiple Oracle Cloud modules, supporting business readiness and successful adoption of the new system.

Modules Required:

Candidates should have strong experience in one or more of the following Oracle Cloud modules:

  • Finance
  • Procurement
  • Supply Chain Management (SCM)
  • Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
  • Human Capital Management (HCM)
  • Payroll

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver instructor-led and workshop-based Oracle Cloud training
  • Tailor training materials to client business processes
  • Develop training documentation, user guides, and learning assets
  • Conduct end-user, super-user, and train-the-trainer sessions
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live readiness
  • Provide post-go-live training support where required
  • Work closely with functional consultants and project stakeholders

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience delivering Oracle Cloud ERP and/or HCM training
  • Strong functional knowledge in at least one core module listed above
  • Previous experience on full Oracle Cloud implementations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-facing skills
  • Ability to deliver training in an onsite, fast-paced project environment
  • Prior Middle East project experience is highly desirable
