Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executive to join our expanding team. This role involves identifying new business prospects, nurturing client relationships, and effectively communicating our services to potential clients. Your main goal will be to help businesses establish themselves in the UAE by promoting our company formation and related services.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate business solutions.

Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the client base and increase revenue.

Present and demonstrate our company formation services, advising clients on the best options for setting up businesses in the UAE.

Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring a seamless process from prospect to sign-on.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth objectives.

Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field (experience in business setup services is a plus).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Proven track record in generating leads and closing sales.

Knowledge of UAE business regulations and company setup processes is a plus.

Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently as well as within a team-oriented environment.

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic or Russian is an advantage.
