Sales Supervisor

- Follow all steps of the sales process, i.e., prospecting, meet and greet, consultation, presentation, demonstration, negotiation, gaining commitment, closure and delivery, and post-sale follow-up.
- Ensure documentation procedures are performed as laid down by the company and liaise closely with other departments to complete the sales process.
- Report daily activities to the Branch Manager / Area Manager.
- Achieve sales targets as set by management.
- Maximize all possible sales opportunities and maintain and grow the existing customer database.
- Gain comprehensive product knowledge as well as knowledge of competitors' products.
- Promote finance and insurance products, determining customer qualifications and profiles to ensure appropriateness of the offer.
- Track and follow up on incomplete sales and make efforts to close them.
- Coordinate with parts and service teams to present a complete offer to clients.
Team Supervision
- Supervise the sales team.
- Support the achievement of business targets.
- Motivate and energies team performance to meet and exceed set KPIs.
- Identify opportunities for growth and development of team members.
- Provide quality monitoring and feedback.
- Identify obstacles and implement solutions.
- Foster a strong team spirit.
Customer Experience
- Consistently exceed customer expectations, creating an exceptional experience during the purchase of a new car.
- Effectively schedule customer follow-ups, deliveries, and new customer acquisition, utilizing strong time management.
- Assist customers in making the correct choice of vehicle and build loyalty by providing a personalized and tailored sales experience.
- Achieve sales satisfaction index targets by providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure accurate collection and submission of customer details.
- Regularly visit key customers to build, grow, and maintain strong relationships.
- Ensure smooth, clean, and defect-free delivery of sold vehicles as promised to customers.
- Ensure all contact (written, oral, and personal) with customers is conducted in a manner that enhances the company's reputation.
- Participate in showroom events and marketing and sales initiatives.
Other Related Tasks
- Perform other duties as required.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma or equivalent in a related field.
Work Experience
- 2–3 years of sales experience in the automobile or related industry.
Competencies
- Computer proficient with strong communication skills.
Languages
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of spoken Arabic is an advantage.
