Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Quantity Surveyor Engineer with extensive experience in the swimming pool and landscape industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all cost estimation, tendering, and project control activities to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, within budget, and in compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations for swimming pool and landscape projects.
- Conduct quantity take-offs from design drawings and specifications.
- Evaluate tender documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate pricing and scope understanding.
- Manage project cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting throughout all project stages.
- Prepare and review contracts, variations, and progress payment certificates.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for commercial and contractual matters.
- Monitor material consumption, labor productivity, and project costs to identify potential savings.
- Support the project management team with financial forecasts and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards, FIDIC guidelines, and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in the swimming pool and landscape field (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, tender analysis, and project costing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary: AED 6,000 to 7,000 per month, depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
