About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Shawarma & Pastry Maker to join our team in Bani Yas. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing shawarma (chicken & beef), pastries, and related items in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook shawarma, pastries, and related menu items
  • Ensure food quality, freshness, and proper portion control
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
  • Follow food safety procedures at all times
  • Assist with inventory and ingredient preparation
  • Work efficiently during busy hours

Requirements

  • Previous experience in shawarma & pastry preparation (Required)
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food handling
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Teamwork, professionalism, and good communication
  • Must be currently in UAE

Work Hours

  • Full-time (10–11 hours/day)
