Position Objective

We are seeking an experienced B2B Corporate Sales Professional who will be responsible for selling BMCC's corporate training programs to companies based in the UAE, including SMEs, Corporates, Holdings, and Family Offices.

This is a commission-only / results-driven role — there is no base salary, and compensation is provided based exclusively on successfully closed projects and sales.

Key Responsibilities


• Actively identify and sell BMCC corporate training programs in the UAE market


• Communicate directly with HR Directors, Learning & Development Managers, and C-level executives


• Analyze corporate client needs and prepare customized training proposals


• Lead sales negotiations and successfully close contracts


• Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships


• Manage the full sales process using CRM tools


• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings

Qualifications & Requirements


• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience (experience in education, training, or consulting is a strong advantage)


• Knowledge of the UAE corporate market and understanding of its business culture


• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills


• Fluent English (Arabic language skills are a plus)


• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently


• Professional attitude with strong accountability

Compensation


• This role is commission-only with competitive commission rates based on performance


• Earnings depend entirely on successfully closed contracts


• Opportunity to earn significant income through high-value corporate deals

Note: There is no fixed salary for this position — compensation is only paid for actual sales delivered.
