We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, generating qualified leads, and converting inquiries into site visits and sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients
- Handle inbound inquiries generated through portals, digital campaigns, and company leads
- Qualify leads and understand client requirements
- Schedule property viewings and site visits for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
- Provide professional information about projects, pricing, and availability
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into potential deals
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales (real estate experience preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle objections and close conversations confidently
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call tracking tools is a plus
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is an advantage
