Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Auto Mechanic to join our workshop in Sharjah/Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic abilities, hands-on experience with complex vehicle repairs, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

  • Diagnosis and Repair: Accurately diagnose vehicle issues and perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, engine, and transmission systems
  • Technical Expertise: Apply strong technical knowledge to handle routine and complex repairs effectively
  • Complex Repairs: Perform advanced repairs including engine and transmission assembly and overhauling
  • Time Management: Complete assigned jobs within set timelines without compromising quality
  • Parts Management: Ensure proper use, handling, and coordination of spare parts
  • Tools & Equipment Handling: Safely use and maintain workshop tools and mechanical equipment
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all workshop safety standards and UAE regulations at all times

Mandatory Experience

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience as an Auto Mechanic

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working in a multi-brand workshop or authorized dealer
  • Exposure to modern diagnostic tools and multiple vehicle brands

Education

  • Diploma in Automobile Engineering or a related technical field

Physical & Work Requirements

  • High level of alertness and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good physical stamina to perform workshop-related tasks
