Senior Civil and Structural Engineer Industrial Projects

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the design and construction of civil and structural systems for industrial buildings
- Design concrete and steel structures in line with project specifications and quality standards
- Support project managers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality benchmarks
- Prepare, issue, and evaluate tender packages for civil and structural works
- Coordinate closely with architects, M and E teams, process engineers, and quantity surveyors
- Resolve site-related design issues and liaise with consultants and subcontractors
- Review shop drawings for precast and steel structures to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Manage and obtain timely approvals from local authorities for civil and structural submissions
Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of ten years of relevant experience
- Strong expertise in industrial buildings, precast structures, and long-span roof truss systems
- Hands-on site experience covering piling, substructure, and superstructure works
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with M and E teams, process engineers, and quantity surveyors
- Solid knowledge of local authority requirements and approval processes
- Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach
