Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai for a Chief Information Officer (CIO). The CIO will be responsible for leading and executing the organization's IT strategy to align with business goals, overseeing IT operations, and managing company-wide technology initiatives. The role includes evaluating emerging technologies, improving business processes through tech innovation, and fostering strong collaboration across teams to enhance organizational performance. The CIO will ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of all IT systems and infrastructure while driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of technological agility.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Information Technology and IT Management
  • Strong experience in IT Operations and IT Strategy development
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Business Process optimization and integration
  • Leadership experience with proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a corporate setting
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities
  • Familiarity with relevant legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements
  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the consulting, finance, or investment industry is advantageous
