A new premium nursery in Abu Dhabi is looking for a warm, creative, and dedicated Early Years Teacher (Female Only) to join our growing team.

We are seeking passionate educators who are committed to providing high-quality early years education and nurturing care in a supportive, play-based learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons following the EYFS or similar early years curriculum.
  • Create a stimulating classroom environment that supports exploration, curiosity, and learning through play.
  • Observe, assess, and document children's development and progress.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop classroom activities and thematic learning experiences.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on their child's development and wellbeing.
  • Ensure that health, safety, and safeguarding procedures are followed at all times.
  • Participate in nursery events, professional development, and community activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (CACHE Level 3 / equivalent certifications will also be considered).
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in an early years teaching role within the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Enthusiastic, caring, and professional attitude.
  • Female candidates only (as per role requirements).
