About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Analytics Director to lead our analytics strategy and help turn data into actionable insight across the organization. This role will oversee enterprise reporting, advanced analytics, and data governance while partnering closely with executive leadership and business teams.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with business acumen and knows how to translate complex data into clear, meaningful stories that drive better decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the enterprise analytics strategy, roadmap, and execution
  • Oversee analytics, reporting, and visualization across departments
  • Partner with executive and business leaders to identify opportunities where data can improve performance and outcomes
  • Establish standards for data quality, governance, and metric consistency
  • Manage and mentor analytics teams, including data analysts and data scientists
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and scalable reporting for leadership and operational teams
  • Drive adoption of self-service analytics tools and data literacy across the organization
  • Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams on data platforms, integrations, and architecture
  • Track and measure the business impact of analytics initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data leadership roles
  • Strong experience with enterprise analytics platforms, BI tools, and data visualization
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior leadership
  • Experience translating business needs into analytical solutions

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting enterprise-level or multi-department organizations
  • Background in building or scaling analytics functions
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and modern analytics stacks
  • Experience driving a data-driven culture within an organization
