We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of professional experience to join our team. The primary focus of this role is the creation, refinement, and production of high-quality product labels and packaging designs.

The ideal candidate will be a master of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator, and will understand how to transition a design from a digital concept to a physical product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Label Design: Create visually stunning and compliant label designs for various product lines.
  • Product Mockups: Develop high-fidelity 3D product renders and mockups using Photoshop for marketing materials.
  • Vector Work: Utilize Illustrator to create scalable graphics, logos, and technical dielines.
  • Print Preparation: Ensure all files are "press-ready," including managing bleeds, CMYK color profiles, and spot colors.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to ensure design integrity remains intact during the manufacturing process.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design (specifically in-house or agency experience with product-based brands).
  • Software Mastery: * Adobe Illustrator: Expert level (vector shapes, typography, and complex dielines).
  • Adobe Photoshop: Expert level (photo retouching, compositing, and texture mapping).
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the print production process, including material types and finishing (foil, matte/gloss, etc.).
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous label and packaging work is mandatory.
