About the role:

We are looking for an experienced
QA Lead
to own the end-to-end quality assurance lifecycle for a government/enterprise digital platform. The candidate should be strong in
test planning, automation strategy, regression cycles, performance testing
, and
UAT support
— including complete
evidence packs
and reporting.

Experience testing
Arabic / RTL
websites and multilingual platforms is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall QA planning, execution, and delivery for the project.
  • Create detailed
    Test Plans
    , Test Strategy, and QA timelines aligned with project milestones.
  • Define test coverage across modules/features and ensure complete requirement traceability.
  • Design and manage
    automation testing strategy
    (framework selection, scripts, reporting).
  • Plan and execute
    regression cycles
    and release readiness checks.
  • Perform and/or coordinate:
  • Functional testing
  • UI/UX validation
  • Cross-browser testing
  • Responsive testing
  • API testing (if applicable)
  • Plan and execute
    performance testing
    (load, stress, endurance testing) and provide actionable reports.
  • Manage defect lifecycle: logging, triage, prioritization, root-cause support, and closure validation.
  • Coordinate
    UAT support
    : UAT cycles, test data, environment readiness, issue tracking, and retesting.
  • Prepare and submit
    UAT evidence packs
    / test execution evidence for stakeholders.
  • Create QA reports: daily status, defect reports, test closure reports, quality metrics.

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years
    in QA/testing;
    2+ years
    leading QA teams/projects preferred.
  • Strong experience in
    test planning and test execution
    across web platforms.
  • Good exposure to:
  • Automation testing (Selenium/Cypress/Playwright)
  • API testing (Postman/RestAssured)
  • Performance testing (JMeter/LoadRunner/k6)
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC/STLC, defect management and QA processes.
  • Experience working with tools like Jira, TestRail/Zephyr, Confluence.
  • Excellent documentation skills (evidence packs, reports, QA closure docs).

Preferred:

  • Experience working on
    government projects
    / enterprise portals.
  • Testing
    Arabic / RTL
    websites and bilingual platforms.
  • Accessibility testing exposure (WCAG basics).
  • Knowledge of security testing basics (OWASP awareness).
