Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Associate to join our team. This role will involve working closely with clients on financial management, accounting, and consulting projects to help drive operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with in-depth knowledge of UAE finance regulations, tax compliance, and best practices in accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Manage end-to-end accounting processes of clients, including reconciliations, month-end close, and financial statement preparation.

Prepare and analyse financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE regulations.

Oversee VAT filing, corporate tax compliance, and liaise with regulatory authorities as needed.

Act as a trusted advisor, delivering customized solutions and expert insights to address client challenges.

Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and develop tailored financial and business strategies to meet those needs.

Identify opportunities for process enhancement and implement solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy for clients.

Prepare, deliver, and present comprehensive reports and presentations to clients, showcasing findings, recommendations, and actionable strategies.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CA, CMA) is highly preferred.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and consulting within the UAE.

Technical Skills:

Strong expertise in financial analysis and Accounting.

Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.

Familiarity with UAE tax laws and compliances and other regulatory requirements.

Key Competencies:

Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly organized.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver clear, persuasive reports and presentations.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
